Additional Terms

• The use of masculine language in these terms is for convenience only and includes references to feminine and/or plural forms.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes agreement to these terms.
• The promotion is conducted by Atlas Social Investment Management Ltd. (“the Company”), located at 15 Omarim St., Omer. For any questions regarding the promotion, you may contact the Company via email at info@atlas.org.il.
• The Company reserves the right to discontinue, extend, or shorten the promotion period at its sole discretion, with notice to be published on its website, and customers will have no grounds for claims or complaints against the Company regarding the promotion, its changes, or its cancellation.
• In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of these terms and any other publications regarding the promotion, including on the Company’s website, in print or broadcast media, and on social networks, the provisions of these terms will prevail in all respects.
• In any case where there is suspicion of misuse or abuse of the promotion, the Company reserves the right to prevent participation in the promotion, and no one whose participation is prevented will have any claim or demand in this regard.
• The purchase of a subscription to the Platform, including as part of the promotion, will also be subject to the Platform’s price quote, terms of use, and privacy policy in addition to the provisions of these terms.
• In the event of any dispute concerning the promotion and/or its rules and/or its conditions and/or the provisions of these terms, the Company’s sales manager will have the final and binding decision, and no appeals will be permitted. Without limiting the foregoing, exclusive local jurisdiction concerning these terms will be granted to the competent court in Be’er Sheva, and no other court will have such jurisdiction.
